Refund requests are reviewed by management, with approved requests processed every Tuesday. Funds will be transferred into your selected account within 5–7 business days. Please see below for cancellation cut-off time requirements.

Cancellation cut offs:

• Arrive and Drive – Seven (7) days prior to the original race date and time.
• Exclusive Races - Fourteen (14) days prior to the original race date and time.
