My Room Children’s Cancer Charity
My Room Children’s Cancer Charity is a volunteer-led organisation supporting Australian children and families affected by childhood cancer. For more than 30 years, its community has helped ease financial and emotional pressure while funding vital care and research.
What My Room does
My Room supports children with cancer and their families through practical, financial and emotional assistance. The organisation helps families manage some of the everyday pressures that can build during treatment, from essential household expenses to additional support when circumstances become overwhelming.
It also raises funds for medical equipment, clinical care and research that aims to improve treatment and long-term outcomes for children. This support is made possible by a committed network of volunteers, donors, corporate partners and community fundraisers.
By directing support where it can have a meaningful impact, My Room helps families feel less alone while giving children more opportunities to experience comfort, connection and moments of happiness during an incredibly difficult time.

Why we've partnered with My Room
Partnering with My Room just felt like the right thing to do.
I was fortunate enough to attend a Gala Ball, and hearing firsthand from families whose lives had been touched by childhood cancer was something I’ll never forget. Their stories were incredibly moving, and it really opened my eyes to the challenges these families face every day.
What also left a lasting impression on me was the incredible group of volunteers behind My Room. The compassion, generosity and dedication they show is truly inspiring. They give so much of themselves to support families during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
At Ace Karts, we’re all about bringing people together and creating moments of happiness. If we can use our business to give back and help make a difference, then that’s something we’re proud to do. Supporting My Room is a privilege, and we hope this partnership helps raise awareness and contributes, even in a small way, to the amazing work they do for children and their families.

Our partnership goes beyond a single donation. Through fundraising events, race experiences and community support, we’re helping My Room create brighter moments for children and families.
Alongside fundraising, we want to create experiences that give families something positive to look forward to. Each initiative helps turn time on the track into practical support for My Room.
- Annual corporate race: Launching in February 2027, bringing Melbourne businesses together to race, connect and raise funds for My Room.
- Gala auction donation: Contributing an Ace Karts race experience to the charity auction at My Room’s annual Gala Ball.
- 200 donated races each year: Giving children and families impacted by cancer the chance to enjoy exciting moments together at the track.
