Frequently asked questions

Got questions about our family races? Here are the answers to the things we get asked most.

At what age can kids start family go karting?

Arrow down white icon

Kids as young as 6 can drive a Rookie Kart, while children 4+ can ride as a passenger in a 2-Seater Kart. This makes our family go kart packages perfect for all ages, and you can compare them easily with our Arrive and Drive options.

Do parents and kids race together?

Arrow down white icon

Yes, parents, teens, and kids can all be on track at the same time in different karts. For groups looking for something more private, consider our exclusive race packages, which give your family sole use of the track.

Is family racing safe?

Arrow down white icon

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority, with trained marshals, safety briefings, helmets, and wide run-off zones. Discover more about what makes our karts so good for drivers of all ages.

How many laps are in a family race?

Arrow down white icon
