Hosting an exclusive racing event is simple. We take care of the details so you can focus on the competition.

Arrival and welcome
Arrive 45 minutes early to register your group, confirm waivers, and settle in with your event coordinator.

Gear fitting and briefing
Our team outfits everyone with helmets and race gear, followed by a mandatory safety briefing covering track rules and kart controls.

Qualifying and heats
Kick off with practice and qualifying laps to set the grid. Then line up for head-to-head racing with only your group on track.

Finals and podium
Race your way to the chequered flag, then celebrate with a podium presentation and trophies for the fastest drivers.

How many people do we need for an exclusive race?
A minimum group size is required depending on the format; usually 10+ for Suzuka and larger teams for the Melbourne package. If you’re unsure, check our full pricing options and we’ll help you plan the perfect setup for your group.
Can we organise catering?
Yes. Catering packages and BBQ facilities are available to make your exclusive racing event a complete day out. For family-friendly occasions, you can also explore our dedicated family race sessions.
Do we all race at the same time?
Yes, unlike Arrive & Drive sessions, exclusive races give your group sole use of the track. Heats and finals ensure everyone gets fair time behind the wheel without outside drivers.
What if it rains?

Do we need to pay up front?
